WhatsApp and phone: when you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone, we receive your number, display name and the content of the conversation.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and provide advisory, sales and leasing services; to prepare transaction documents required by the Dubai Land Department and RERA; to improve our website; and, where you agree, to send you relevant property updates.

Mortgage partners: only where you ask us to introduce you to a lender or broker.

CRM and service providers: we use a customer relationship management platform and other processors who handle data on our behalf under contract.

Authorities: where required by law, including the Dubai Land Department, RERA and regulators.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact unless you become a client. Transaction records are retained for the period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and commercial record-keeping laws, currently at least five years.

Your Rights
